2. About xsd.vn

xsd.vn is a community platform for giving away items you no longer need to neighbors who can use them. xsd.vn is a give-away service, not a marketplace — no buying, selling, or payment happens on xsd.vn, and nothing here should be understood as a commercial transaction between xsd.vn and its users.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You're responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (typically 18, or the age of majority) to create an account.

4. Prohibited Items and Conduct

You may not use xsd.vn to list, describe, offer, or arrange the exchange of anything illegal, or otherwise use the service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose. This includes, without limitation:

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or other weapons where prohibited by law
• Stolen property, or items you don't have the right to give away
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Hazardous, toxic, or otherwise dangerous materials
• Items requiring a license or permit you don't hold
• Live animals or wildlife where prohibited by local law
• Any item or content that violates applicable law or infringes another person's rights

You're solely responsible for making sure anything you post complies with all applicable laws. xsd.vn may remove any listing or content, and suspend or terminate any account, that it believes violates this section, at its discretion and without prior notice.

You also agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users; not to misrepresent an item's condition or description; and not to use xsd.vn for spam, scams, or any activity intended to deceive another user.

5. Personal Information You Choose to Share

Arranging a handoff on xsd.vn may involve sharing personal details with another user — for example, a pickup address, phone number, or messages exchanged through the site. You control what you share: your profile lets you choose whether your address and phone number are shown to other users, and item pickup addresses and messages are visible only to the people involved in that exchange.

You're solely responsible for the personal information you choose to share with other users, and for the consequences of sharing it. xsd.vn doesn't verify the identity of its users and can't guarantee the safety of any in-person exchange. We recommend:

• Only sharing what's necessary to complete a handoff
• Meeting in a public or well-lit location when possible
• Trusting your judgment — if something feels wrong, you're not obligated to go through with an exchange

You're also responsible for any personal information you share about someone else (for example, in a listing or message) — only share another person's information with their consent.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the listings, photos, and messages you post. By posting content on xsd.vn, you grant xsd.vn a license to display and distribute it as part of operating the service. You confirm that you have the right to give away any item you list, and that your listings are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

7. No Warranty on Items

Items shared through xsd.vn are given as-is, with no warranty of any kind from xsd.vn as to their condition, safety, or fitness for any purpose. Any exchange arranged through xsd.vn is solely between the users involved — xsd.vn is not a party to it and isn't responsible for the condition of items exchanged or for the conduct of any user.

8. Suspension and Termination

xsd.vn may block, suspend, or delete an account, or remove a listing, that violates these Terms, at our discretion. You may stop using xsd.vn and delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xsd.vn is not liable for any dispute, loss, injury, or damage arising from an exchange, listing, or interaction between users, or from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use xsd.vn after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
